Commission is a tricky concept and at Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate, our goal is to make sure you get the most value for commissions paid. I have personally represented hundreds of buyers and sellers and it is my expertise in the local market that gives me the confidence to represent your sale from the minute the “For Sale” sign goes up, to well after you get your check at close.
If a team member of Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate represents your buyer as well as you (the seller) the total compensation is 3%
Our suggested compensation to your buyer’s agent is 2.5%, but that commission is at your discretion.
