Behren was extremely helpful with the selling process. I listed my house with 4 separate realtors over the course of a few years and had nothing but problems. Bad communication, forgetting important details, obviously misleading and borderline deceptive practices are the norm with most agents now days. Behren answered all my questions and helped when needed would highly recommend her if you value your time or money. Thanks again for helping sell our house.

Behren provided a flat fee limited service listing service, as I wanted the opportunity to sell my own home as I was having no luck using other traditional services. Even as time passed every time I had a question or potential issue Behren was quick to respond and be helpful. Charleston…what a city. I was smart enough to buy a house in this town and smart enough to hire Behren to help me sell it. Admittedly, I was going to do FSBO but ran into a time and pricing issue.
